Manufacturing Engineering (MFE) graduates of Western Michigan University (WMU), like all graduates from engineering programs across the nation, may vary in their abilities and capabilities.  We would like your responses on this survey to reflect an average or “composite” graduate (if you are familiar with more than one manufacturing engineering graduate), rather than the strengths or weaknesses of one individual WMU graduate who is an employee in your company.

Number of WMU manufacturing engineering graduates in the composite pool for this survey?

A.  The immediate supervisor should evaluate the composite graduate objectively. Please compare our graduates' performance with that of other graduates of comparable academic level and work experience.
