KALAMAZOO—Stand-up comedian Ty Barnett will be at Western Michigan University for a single show from 9 to 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, at Bernie's in the Bernhard Center Ballroom.
Admission is $1 with a valid student Bronco Card, and $2 without.
A native of Chicago, Barnett got his comedic start at the Comedy Underground in Seattle. His edgy and thought-provoking shows have made him a regular on the college circuit. He has appeared on NBC's "Tonight Show with Jay Leno," HBO's "Bad Boys of Comedy", VH1's "Black to the Future," TV One's "Comics Unleashed" and "Comedy Central Presents," among others.
