KALAMAZOO—The Western Michigan University Symphonic and Concert Bands will join forces for a concert of "World Journeys" at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, at Miller Auditorium. The concert is free and open to the public.

"World Journeys" features music from across the globe. The University Symphonic Band, conducted by Scott Boerma, director of bands, and the University Concert Band, conducted by John A. From the opening "American Overture" to works representative of Canada, England, Russia, Germany, Italy, India and Mexico, they will conclude with a final, fiery Cuban Danzón.
