The Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Services (BS-IHS) is designed for individuals who hold an associate's degree in an allied health or human services field and are interested in completing their bachelor's degree for career change or advancement.

The B.S. in Interdisciplinary Health Services prepares students in the wide range of skills necessary to think critically, work collaboratively, and respond flexibly to change in health and human service environments. The BS-IHS curriculum provides students with the knowledge, sensibilities, and skills to function efficiently in interdisciplinary teams in health care and human service settings.

The BS-IHS degree has been designed for three different populations:

• Students who wish to work in health and human services in a non-clinical capacity
• Students seeking admission into professional graduate health and human service degree and certificate programs
• Health care and human service providers wishing to upgrade their knowledge and abilities as well as pursue career or position changes
