The Payroll Choices Program is an exciting new payroll solution that gives you the option to receive your pay via direct deposit or a Visa® Payroll Card with Pre-Check® option. This program will provide you with flexible, convenient and secure ways to access your pay eliminating the need to issue paper checks. All new employees are required to enroll.
January 1, 2013 Payroll will be Paid on December 31, 2012. Due to the January 1, 2013 bank holiday, the pay check that would normally be paid on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 will be paid on Monday, December 31, 2012. This change will result in an extra pay check in calendar year 2012 for all employees on the payroll as of Monday, December 10, 2012. For those who normally receive 26 pay checks per calendar year, there will be 27 pay checks in 2012. For those who normally receive 18 pay checks per calendar year, there will be 19 pay checks.
