Dr. Qi joined the Department of Paper Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Imaging as an assistant professor beginning in the fall of 1995.
Dr. Qi has extensive scientific research experience. He served as a post doctor at the Institute of Paper Science and Technology, Atlanta, GA. He has eight years of mill experience and more than twenty years of university teaching experience. Dr. Qi has authored or co-authored more than thirty peer reviewed journal publications.
