Bio
Dr. Heather McGee is an assistant professor of psychology and chair of the industrial/organizational program. Dr. McGee has designed, developed and implemented organizational performance solutions in a variety of industries and settings, including autism service providers, health and human services industries, the pharmaceutical industry and education. These solutions have included performance-based instruction, performance management, behavioral systems changes and lean sigma initiatives. Dr. McGee also serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management.

    Dr. McGee serves as the Director of the Organizational Behavior Management Network and is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. Her interests lie in improving organizational performance through interventions based on comprehensive behavioral systems analysis.
