
Dr. Alyce Dickinson is a professor of psychology and a fellow of the American Psychological Association, Division 25, Behavior Analysis. She received her B.A. in psychology from Lycoming College in 1974, her M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1978, and her Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis from Western Michigan University in 1985.
In 1995, she received the Outstanding Contributions Award from the Organizational Behavior Management Network and in 2000, she received the Teaching Excellence Award from Western Michigan University's Alumni Association. She served as an associate editor for the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management for 17 years and continues to serve on the editorial board. She has also served on the editorial boards of The Behavior Analyst and the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. Her specializations include performance management and organizational systems analysis.

Dr. Brad Huitema is a professor of psychology, a member of the industrial/organizational faculty and statistical consultant for business and several units of the University. He received his B.A. from Southern Illinois in 1961, his M.A. from Western Michigan University in 1962 and his Ph.D. from Colorado State in 1968.
His research interests include time series analysis, single organism and quasi-experimental design, and the evaluation of preventative health practices. His text, The Analysis of Covariance and Alternatives is considered to be the gold-standard text in the field. He is a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavioral Assessment and is a referee for several journals including The American Statistician, Behavioral Research Methods, Instruments, and Computers, The Journal of Psychopathology and Behavioral Assessment, Psychological Bulletin, and Psychometrika.

Dr. Doug Johnson is a faculty specialist and an affiliated member of the industrial/organizational psychology faculty. He received his B.S. in psychology from Central Michigan University in 2001, and his M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology (2005) and Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis (2009) from Western Michigan University.
Dr. Johnson's research and teaching interests include organizational behavior management, evidence-based educational techniques, instructional design, social psychology, and computer-based instruction. He has consulted internationally with organizations and provided services related to instructional design, training design/development, e-learning, performance management, systems analysis, fluency training, incentives, feedback, and employee motivation from a behavior analytic perspective.

Dr. Heather McGee is an assistant professor of psychology and a member of the industrial/organizational faculty. She received her B.S. in psychology (1998), her M.A. in industrial/organizational psychology (2003), and Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis (2004) from Western Michigan University.
Dr. McGee serves as the Director of the Organizational Behavior Management Network and is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. Her interests lie in improving organizational performance through interventions based on comprehensive behavioral systems analysis. Dr. McGee has designed, developed, and implemented organizational performance solutions in a variety of industries and settings, including autism service providers, the pharmaceutical industry, education, and health and human services industries. Those solutions have included performance-based instruction, performance management, behavioral systems changes, and lean sigma initiatives.

Dr. Ron Van Houten is a professor of psychology, a member of the behavior analysis faculty, and an affiliated member of the industrial/organizational psychology faculty. He received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1968, and his M.A. (1969) and Ph.D. (1972) from Dalhousie University.
His research interests include all aspects of traffic and pedestrian safety, the use of technology to implement behavioral principles, and driving and aircraft simulation research (he has driving and aircraft simulators in his lab). In addition to traffic and pedestrian safety, he has published research in energy conservation, clinical applications, developmental disabilities and autism, and education. Dr. Van Houten has received over $2 million dollars in grant funding for his work from several different funding sources including the U.S. Dept. of Transportation, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and the Texas A&M Research Foundation. Dr. Van Houten, who has over 120 publications, has served as an associate editor for several behavioral journals, including the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and on the editorial board for nine other behavioral journals.

Dr. Peter Dams is an adjunct faculty member and owner of Dams & Associates, Inc. He earned a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the Fachhochschule Oldenburg, Germany, in 1984, an M.S. in general behavior analysis from the University of North Texas in 1996, and his Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis from Western Michigan University in 2001.
Dr. Dams specializes in providing strategic planning, process improvement, and culture change consulting for organizations in the private, government, and non-profit sectors. Client industries include pharmaceutical, retail, medical, research, human services, benefits administration, and universities. Before founding Dams & Associates in 2005, he was Director of Organizational Development at Kalamazoo County government. Dr. Dams is a frequent presenter on practical applications of organizational systems theory.

Dr. Maria Malott is an adjunct faculty member and CEO of the Association for Behavior Analysis International. She earned her Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis from Western Michigan University in 1987, and began serving as the part-time Executive Director of Association for Behavior Analysis International in 1993.
In 2003, Dr. Malott received the Award for International Dissemination of Behavior Analysis from ABAI, and in 2004 she received the Outstanding Contributions award from the Organizational Behavior Management Network. She has authored numerous articles and two books, including the "Paradox of Organizational Change" (2003), served on the editorial boards of four journals, been a visiting scholar at 32 universities in 15 different countries, and served as an affiliated faculty member at five universities. Prior to becoming the CEO of ABAI, she served as Vice President of Manufacturing at a plastics production company and managed her own consulting firm, working in advertising, restaurants, retail, manufacturing, hotels, banks, government, and universities.

Dr. Kevin Munson is an adjunct faculty member and the Chief Learning Officer in Talent & Human Capital Services at Sears Holdings Corporation. He received his B.S. in psychology and organizational communications from Westen Michigan University in 1992, and an M.A. (1995) and Ph.D. (1998) in psychology from West Virginia University.
Dr. Munson has held a variety of leadership positions in numerous industries, including automotive, power and energy, telecommunications, retail, pharmaceuticals, and health insurance. His professional interests include leadership development, performance improvement, organizational behavior management, large-scale learning systems implementation, instructional design, and e-learning.
