

Fitness Programs |
University Recreation offers a wide range of fitness and wellness opportunities to meet your needs. We offer aerobics and CycleFit classes, personal training, wellness workshops and more. There are fees associated with some of the programs, and passes are necessary for admission to all classes. Additionally, completion of a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) is required prior to initial participation.

Test your own strength and endurance in this boot camp style fitness program. It is open to all levels of fitness. The program is instructed by two certified personal trainers and will challenge your mind and body through a variety of different exercises and challenges. Information for the Summer I 2012 registration will be available soon.
