University Recreation

The Student Recreation Center houses University Recreation offices and programs. We offer personal training, sport leagues, and group exercise, utilizing equipment and facilities to promote health and well being. Programs focus on stress reduction, weight loss, increased flexibility and strength, friendly competition and social interaction.

Announcements Events

Guest Pass Policy Change 9/1/14
Effective September 1, the following changes will go into effect regarding guest passes to the SRC:

  • Price of the guest pass will increase to $8
  • All guests16 and over will be required to purchase a guest pass

East Entrance Closed June 2-August 31
The Student Recreation Center east entrance (facing Lot 13) will be closed for repairs June 2 through Aug. 31. Patrons will be able to access the building through the south (facing University Arena) and west (facing the Bernhard Center) entrances. ADA accommodations are available at both entrances.

SRC Is Now Mobile!
The SRC mobile app is now available for both IOS and Android operating systems. Search your operating system's app store for "MemberMe". Install the app and search the clubs for "WMU Student Recreation Center". Get up to date information on the SRC, hours, contact information, fitness class schedules, and more!

Participants should be aware of the possibilities of bodily injury and should understand that they are responsible for any and all costs arising out of injury or property damage stustained through participation.
