
WMU students have the ability to grant access to third party individuals to view certain academic and financial aid information. In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), student financial and academic records may not be shared with a third party without written consent.
Once you have been granted access, you will receive an e-mail from WMU Billing with instructions how to login (see box below). Each month, you will receive an e-mail notification when a new monthly statement is available. Simply login by clicking on the link provided.
You may view current account activity, tuition invoices, statements, payment history as well as make a payment. The University accepts online payments using electronic transfer from a checking or savings account. You will need to provide your ABA routing number, account number and the name on the account. You may also pay online using American Express, MasterCard or Discover debit or credit cards, which are subject to a 2.75% convenience fee by a third-party payment service (No VISA card accepted).
