WMU’s temporary One Stop Center is assembled on the second floor of the Bernhard Center each fall and spring semester to assist students and their families with an assortment of campus services in one centralized location. Those visiting One Stop will be able to purchase parking permits, get information on financial aid and student accounts and get assistance with technology questions.
Representatives from several areas will be on hand to assist students and their families:
- Accounts Receivable
- Student Financial Aid
- Information Technology
- Parking Services
- Registrar’s Office
An informational table will be set up for:
- Sindecuse Health Center
- WMU Family Engagement Office (formerly Parent and Family Programs)
Year-round services offered at the Bernhard Center
Students can get new or replacement Bronco ID Cards in Room 109, and add or update meal plans in Room 161. Anyone looking for electronics, computers or WMU clothing and gear can check out TotalTech and Buster’s.
Bronco Express—located on the lower level of the Bernhard Center in Room G-09—will assist students with financial aid questions and making payments to their accounts. Also located on the lower level are Textbook Alley—the on-campus source for new and used textbooks, study guides and other course-related materials as well as bestsellers and books by local authors—several fast-food restaurants and PNC Bank.
