Undergraduate students: how to apply for graduation
Applications for a graduation audit for a bachelors degree are available. Major slips, minor slips and curriculum guides must be secured from the appropriate advisors and submitted to the Office of the Registrar with the graduation audit application obtained from your advisor.
A separate audit is required for each degree or graduate certificate to be received. For instance, a student graduating with both a bachelor of arts degree and a bachelor of fine arts degree must submit separate applications and receive a separate audit for each.
The result of your graduation audit will be sent to you by email approximately 8-10 weeks after your application has been received by the Office of the Registrar.
Cost
A $45 fee will be applied to your student account when the application is submitted to the Registrar’ Office
Application deadlines:
- Spring (April) deadline is December 1
- Summer I and Summer II (August*) deadline is February 1
- Fall (December) deadline is August 1
*Note: no commencement ceremony is held in August. August graduates are invited to participate in the June commencement.
