At the start of fall and spring semesters, a temporary One-Stop Center opens in the second-floor North Ballroom in Western Michigan University’s Bernhard Center, offering a variety of business services in one convenient location.
Representatives from several offices will be on hand to assist you:

- Office of Financial Aid
- Office of Information Technology
- Office of Residence Life

Academic advisors are located in their respective buildings. To locate your academic advisor, please see the Directory of Undergraduate Academic Advisors.
Visit the Bernhard Center for:
- Bronco Express, located by Textbook Alley on the lower level
- Make payments
- Receive assistance for financial aid, student accounts
- Get a Bronco ID card, located in room 109
- Your first card is free, subsequent cards are $25
- Update your meal plan, located in room 161
- Purchase your textbooks located in Textbook Alley in the lower level
