
From the Student Home tab click on Official Transcript Request
Select an address where you would like your transcript delivered by using the following address designations
One of your own addresses: (click the down arrow to select one of your personal addresses)
Issue to: (e.g., a name of a third party such as a business, embassy, family member, etc.)
Please select a transcript type. If necessary, you may update or alter the address information.
Select number of copies up to 20 copies and delivery method.
Verify information; if correct click Submit Request.
Enter your credit card information, click Submit Payment. Do not use the Back button on your browser! This may result in duplicate charges to your credit card.
Verify information; if correct click Submit Request.
Once your request is accepted, and your credit card transaction has been approved, your transcript should be mailed within three business days.
No transcripts are mailed on days that the University is closed - holidays and the time between Christmas and New Year's. Please plan accordingly. If a problem occurs with this transaction, please contact the Registrar's Office by phone at (269)387-4300 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5pm EST).
