Michigan Science Teachers Association

MSTA was established in 1953 and has continuously promoted the development and
advancement of science education in Michigan. It is recognized as one of the
largest, most vigorous and most respected state science associations in the
United States. The site facilitates the public dissemination of knowledge and
materials related to science and science education programs.

The National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) is the largest organization
in the world committed to promoting excellence and innovation in science teaching
and learning for all. The site has a wealth of information for teachers looking
to build on their science content background.
National Middle School Association

Since its inception in 1973, National Middle School Association (NMSA) has been
a voice for those committed to the education and developmental needs of young
adolescents. NMSA is the only national education association dedicated exclusively
to the growth of middle level education. NMSA provides Professional Development,

on an ongoing basis.

designed by educators focusing on Internet technology integration in the K-12
curriculum. TfT exposes teachers to quality educational online resources in
the context of effective online activities. TfT helps teachers understand how

planning, research, and collaboration.
