Smart Ride | Jazmine

Jazmine is a future pediatrician or pediatric nurse. “I like helping people and caring for people,” she says. “Especially kids.”

When it was time to select a college, Jazmine looked for the best nursing schools she could find. Combined with its location (not too far from home and not too close) and its size (not too big and not too small), Western was the clear winner. Her father is an alumnus, but he’ll tell you that didn’t affect Jazmine’s decision. He’ll also tell you he’s ecstatic she chose WMU.

Jazmine, beginning this fall as part of the nursing program with a specialty in pediatrics, will be a great addition to the Bronco family.

“I love seeing people with smiles on their faces,” says Jazmine of the friendly environment on campus. “I’m very proud to say I’m going to Western Michigan University.”
