Bio
Elena Gapova is an editorial board member of "Slavic Review" and "Aspasia: The International Yearbook of central, Eastern, and Southeastern European Women's and Gender History." She is an academic board member for Politics and Society after Chernobyl and a board member of International Association for Humanities. Professor Gapova is also a founding director of the Centre for Gender Studies for European Humanities University and has been published in newspapers and magazines, and on the radio in Belarus, Russia, and the US.
