Volunteering provides a fun and effective opportunity to make connections and contribute to the ongoing sustainability efforts of Western Michigan University. Volunteer shifts will run anywhere from one to four hours depending on the task and number of participants. Upon successful completion of a volunteer shift you will have the option of accepting a $15.00 scholarship to be used towards the cost of community garden plot (subject to availability) at the Stadium Drive Community Garden. Volunteer opportunities are offered regularly at the Student Farm, Produce Stand, and the Stadium Drive Community Garden. Opportunities will vary based on time of season.
