  1. What are your hours?
    TotalTECH can be reached by phone at (269) 387-5460 or in Buster's, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

  2. Do I need to be a WMU student, faculty, or staff to purchase from TotalTECH?
    Yes, educational contracts require that purchasers be a currently enrolled student, or currently employed faculty or staff.

  3. Is the price already discounted for students, faculty, and staff?
    All prices shown are the educationally discounted prices.

  4. Can I place a phone order?
    No, educational contracts require us to verify purchasing eligibility and receive the signature of the customer in person.

  5. Can I have my order shipped to my home?
    No, we need the signature of the purchaser when the items are picked up. Signature at the time of receipt for hardware purchases initiates warranty coverage.

  6. Does TotalTECH have all the products on the price lists in stock?
    The most popular items are stocked.

  7. How long will it take for non-stock items to arrive?
    Software—three to five business days.
    Hardware—two to four weeks.

  8. Are all of the computers sold on display?
    We try to have representation of the most popular products available for demonstration, but with over 200 systems, it is not possible to have all of them on display.

  9. Are you able to order all software packages?
    No, sorry. As an educational reseller, we sell those products for which we have academic contracts. Many specialized packages are not categorized for educational resale.
