Section 245 of Public Act 201 of 2012, the 2012-13 Education Omnibus Appropriation Bill, effective June 26, 2012, requires prescribed information be made available through a link on the website home page of Michigan public universities no later than Dec. 31, 2012, and thereafter updated within 30 days after formal adoption of the university's annual operating budget or subsequent revision to its budget. The form and manner in which the information must be presented is defined by the state department of technology, management and budget.
