AAA Travel—RESX

The University has partnered with AAA Travel to assist with air travel and hotel accommodation. AAA offers an online booking system called RESX.

Airline Contracts—from time to time the University may enter into contracts with air carriers. AAA Travel will provide information regarding these contracts at the time of booking. Employees are expected to use these carriers whenever possible. (Current negotiations are being worked on with American Airlines.)

Enterprise Rental Car

Western's agreement with Enterprise Rental Car provides travelers with the economical ground transportation.

Marriott

Marriott International, Inc. recognizes universities as government entities and will honor the discounted government rate when rooms are available in their inventory of reduced rates. (read more) Travelers are encouraged to first seek reservations with Marriott indicating that they are a Western Michigan University employee.
