BIOS 5535 - Freshwater Ecology
This course is an introduction to the study of interactions between biological communities and their aquatic environments. Hybrid course requires weekly field exercises in Traverse City. Format: Hybrid course with weekly field exercises in Traverse City (June 26 - Aug. 15).
SCI 5900 - Geology of Lake Michigan Shoreline
The course will be comprised of lecture, discussion and field trips around the area. During these five days of intensive learning, students will learn a great deal about the Lake Michigan shoreline and it's geology. Format: In-person and intensive. 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, July 28 to Aug. 1.
