syllabus guidelines include

  • A minimum of 15-30 hours of service work involving
  • An experience with a diverse population
  • Written reflection on what they have experienced demonstrating
  • An application of their experience to classroom material

It is also necessary to include an alternative assignment for those students who are unable or prefer not to do the service work.
