WMU student dies in automobile accident

Anna Louise Tobin, an 18-year-old WMU student of Ishpeming, Mich., was killed Sunday, Dec. 28, after she lost control of her automobile on a slush-covered road in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The accident occurred just before 2 p.m. near Naubinway, according to an article published in the Kalamazoo Gazette. Tobin was a theater major and was reportedly returning to WMU when the accident occurred.
