Five students receive business scholarshipsNov. 1, 2000 KALAMAZOO -- Four students were recently awarded scholarships for the 2000-01 academic year by the Department of Finance and Commercial Law in WMU's Haworth College of Business. Chad Case of Battle Creek, Mich., received a Greenleaf Asset Management Scholarship worth up to $8,000 per year, which is renewable each semester for up to four years. A graduate of Lakeview High School and a freshman majoring in finance, he is the son of Karen Case. Latrice Coleman of Benton Harbor, Mich., received a Greenleaf Asset Management Scholarship worth up to $8,000 per year, which is renewable each semester for up to four years. A graduate of Benton Harbor High School and a freshman majoring in finance, she is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Coleman. Veronica Conley of Battle Creek, Mich., received a one-year Cinq-Mars Jarvis Scholarship worth up to $5,000, which is renewable by semster. A graduate of Pennfield High School and a junior majoring in finance, she is the daughter of Ron and Bobbi Conley. Angela Giordano of Warren, Mich., received a one-year Cinq-Mars Scholarship worth up to $5,000, which is renewable by semester. A graduate of Warren Woods Tower High School and a junior majoring in finance, she is the daughter of Tony and Linda Giordano. Shanae Hardiman of Kentwood, Mich., received a Greenleaf Asset Management Scholarship worth up to $8,000 per year, which is renewable each semester for up to four years.
