WMU offices open during winter semester recess

KALAMAZOO -- Western Michigan University winter semester recess is Monday, Feb. 26, through Sunday, March 4.
There are no classes scheduled during winter recess, but all WMU administrative offices are open during normal business hours. Classes resume on Monday, March 5.
Among the relatively few public events scheduled during winter recess are:
Wednesday, Feb. 28
Women's basketball vs. Eastern Michigan, University Arena, 7 p.m.
Thursday, March 1
Seminar on the Freedom of Information Act and Open Meetings Act, Michigan Attorney General Jennifer Granholm, sponsored by Michigan Press Association, Kirsch Auditorium, Fetzer Center, 2 p.m.
Workshop, Women's Business Development Center, "The ABCs of Marketing," Barbara Beardsley, Kalamazoo County Chamber of Commerce, 346 W Michigan Ave, 6:30 p.m.
Friday, March 2
Hockey vs. Notre Dame, Lawson Arena, 7 p.m.
Saturday, March 3
Men's basketball vs. Eastern Michigan, University Arena, 2 p.m.
