Contacts needed in Central and South America

KALAMAZOO -- WMU's Community Information Systems and Research Services is seeking persons who have contacts with elected officials in Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua or Peru. CISRS hopes to recruit elected officials in those countries for an exchange program regarding city and county government.
