
Entrepreneurs to discuss their experiences, insights

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. -- Three Southwest Michigan entrepreneurs
will detail what's it's like to do business in the Cereal City
at a Western Michigan University presentation Monday, Sept. 9,
in Battle Creek.
Percy Bean of Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits, Greg Dotson
of the Northside Optometric Practice and Eric Stewart of Stewart
Industries will present "Battle Creek's Diverse Entrepreneurs"
from 6 to 8 p.m. at WMU-Battle Creek's Kendall Center, 50 West
Jackson. Part of a monthly series co-sponsored by WMU's Women's
Business Development Center and the Battle Creek Area Chamber
of Commerce, the program is free and open to the public.
The trio will discuss their experiences as entrepreneurs,
detailing the ins and outs of their industries and sharing testimonials
on how to be a successful business owner in Battle Creek.
