Sangren Help Desk open first week of semester

Jan. 1, 2003

KALAMAZOO -- Perplexed about a classroom location? Can't seem to find your instructor? Or perhaps you need assistance navigating the Western Michigan University campus. Staffers in the College of Education are ready to help.

Students, instructors and staffers can turn to the Sangren Hall Help Desk from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7, through Thursday, Jan. 9. The desk closes at noon Friday, Jan. 10.

Typically, help desk staffers answer questions about last-minute changes to room assignments, lecture hall locations, and in some cases, directions to other campus buildings, said Amy Burns of the College of Education dean's office.

The help station, located on the second floor of Sangren Hall, is part of the college's continuing effort to provide easily accessible and centralized assistance to students and others. For information, call the College of Education at (269) 387-2966.
