Rosales named to Academic All-MAC Team

KALAMAZOO -- Western Michigan University sophomore Adam Rosales of Park Ridge, Ill., has been named to the 2003 Academic All-Mid American Conference Team for baseball.
A graduate of Maine South High School in Park Ridge, Rosales is a short stop for the Bronco baseball team. He played in all 51 games this past season, batting .256. He also tied for second in team RBIs (28) and home runs (5) and had a fielding percentage of .944. He is majoring in business and currently carries a 3.60 grade-point average.
WMU posted a 25-26 overall record during the 2003 campaign and recorded a 16-12 conference record, placing fourth in the MAC West Division.
