
'Holiday Cabaret' features songs of the holidays

KALAMAZOO--University Theatre presents a "Holiday Cabaret,"
celebrating the sounds of American Yuletide, Dec. 4-7, in the
Atrium of the Gilmore Theatre Complex at Western Michigan University.
University Theatre has culling the best of the popular holiday
songs as a showcase to celebrate the season and the talents of
WMU music theatre performance majors. Performances begin at 8
p.m., Thursday through Saturday, Dec. 4-6, and at 2 p.m. Sunday,
Dec. 7. Each performances will be accompanied by champagne and
desserts. The Sunday matinee will be preceded by a brunch beginning
at noon.
The cast of the Holiday Cabaret includes Altamiece Ballard,
Stacy Feyer, Linsday Foreman, Lars Haglund, Alicia Infantino,
Nick Kitakis, Graham Kurtz, Killiam Patton, Kaitlin Sams, Adam
Steiner, and Sandy Zwier. WMU alumna Jamie Reed is musical director
for the show.
Seating is by general admission and is very limited. Tickets
are available through the University Theatre Ticket Office at
(269) 387-6222, open weekdays from noon to 5 p.m. Admission for
the evening performances is $25. The Sunday show with the brunch
is $35.
