Personal Web pages off line Thanksgiving weekend

KALAMAZOO--Student, faculty and staff personal Web pages at Western Michigan University will be unavailable all day Saturday and early Sunday morning, Nov. 29-30.
During migration to new hardware, WMU's personal Web page server, <homepages.wmich.edu>, will be unavailable from 12:01 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, until 8 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 30. During that period, personal Web pages will not be available for viewing and cannot be updated.
Students, faculty and staff will be able to update their personal Web pages during the Thanksgiving holiday recess, except during the specified period.
This outage will not affect WMU's main Web server, <www.wmich.edu>.
Questions should be referred to the Help Desk at 387-HELP (387-4357) during normal business hours. The Help Desk will be closed during the Thanksgiving recess.
