Bookstore paying cash for used books

KALAMAZOO--Western Michigan University students can sell used books to the WMU Bookstore during the April Book Buyback on the lower level of the Bernhard Center, Thursday, April 15, through Saturday, April 24.

Students will receive 50 percent of the new-book price if the book is needed by the store. If the book is not needed by the WMU Bookstore, it may still be purchased for resale in the national market, subject to prevailing market value.

The dates and times for the April Book Buyback are:

Thursday, April 15, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
Friday, April 16, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
Monday and Tuesday, April 19-20, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
Wednesday and Thursday, April 21-22, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.;
Friday, April 23, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
Saturday, April 24, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
