Oct. 10, 2004

KALAMAZOO--All Western Michigan University students living in residence halls are eligible to receive a free 15-session pass to all group exercise classes and a 15-session pass for a "free ride" at all CycleFit classes offered at the Student Recreation Center.

Only WMU students living in university residence halls are eligible for the free passes. Qualifying students can pick up a 15-time punch-card pass at the SRC Service Desk any time the Student Recreation Center is open. With the punch-card passes, students may attend any 15 classes a semester at no charge.

Group exercise and CycleFit classes are held seven days a week, starting as early as 6:15 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. to accommodate any schedule. Classes are held in the Aerobic Room, Room 1020, and in the CycleFit Room, Room 1017, both located on the first floor of the rec center. Students need to show their WMU ID, along with their punch card for access to classes.
