Top women's health issues discussed

KALAMAZOO--Health issues of the greatest concern to women will be discussed at a seminar Wednesday, March 21, in the Western Michigan University Unified Clinics.

Dr. Cathy Cheron, a board certified gynecologist, will lead the seminar, "Meet the Doctor--Top Five Women's Issues." The event, from 3 to 5 p.m., will include discussion of such topics as osteoporosis, Gardisil injection, menopause and "everything you've always wanted to know about women's health, but were afraid to ask."

The seminar is being offered by the Comprehensive Women's Health Clinic in the WMU Unified Clinics on the third floor of the Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies building, 1000 Oakland Drive.

The program is open to the public free of charge, but reservations are required by Tuesday, March 20, and may be made by calling the Unified Clinics main line at (269) 387-7000 or the Comprehensive Women's Health Clinic (269) 387-7010.
