Ten-time Grammy winner Take 6 performs at Miller

KALAMAZOO--Ten-time Grammy Award-winning Take 6 will visit Western Michigan University for a single performance at 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, in Miller Auditorium. Kalamazoo's own Northside Association for Educational Advancement GospelFest Choir will open the performance.

Take 6 is the most-nominated gospel, jazz, pop or R&B group in Grammy history, with 18 nominations. The release of the group's latest album, "Feels Good," marks Take 6's return to its rich musical heritage. "Feels Good" is an uplifting, funky, inspirational compilation of a year and a half of work and 20 years of musical experience.
