Some parking areas closed for Bronco Bash

KALAMAZOO--In preparation for Bronco Bash, Western Michigan University's annual back-to-school celebration, the ground level of the parking ramp at Miller Auditorium will be closed Friday, Sept. 11, and other parking and roads in the area will be affected.

Upwards of 25,000 people and more than 450 exhibitors are expected for Bronco Bash, which will be held in and around the Fountain Plaza at Miller Auditorium from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday.

Parking and road closings Sept. 11

  • Miller ramp ground level will be closed all day Friday, Sept. 11. Any vehicle left overnight will be towed the morning of Sept. 11.
  • Upper levels of Miller ramp will be open and can be accessed through the west entrance only.
  • Miller drive at the entrance to Miller Auditorium will be closed Sept. 11, except to authorized vehicles.
  • Parking Lot 33 next to Miller Auditorium and other lots in the area will be used by exhibitors for unloading and parking and will see increased traffic all day Sept. 11.
