Attending a performance of "A Christmas Carol" is a family tradition all across the country. For nearly three decades, the Nebraska Theatre Caravan has toured this adaptation of the holiday classic, delighting audiences nationwide.

The Caravan's production of "A Christmas Carol" is a unique retelling of the familiar tale. Traditional Christmas carols were carefully chosen to create a specific dramatic effect. Although the carols themselves are traditional, the scoring is contemporary and exceptionally beautiful. The ornamental set, which recreates 1880s London, gives the entire production the effect of being a Christmas card come to life.

Tickets for "A Christmas Carol" at Miller Auditorium are on sale now and range from $10 to $35. They are available by calling (269) 387-2300 or (800) 228-9858, online at millerauditorium.com, or by visiting the Miller Auditorium Ticket Office or Epic Center Box Office in downtown Kalamazoo. Groups of 15 or more should call (269) 387-2312 for special discounts.

The production is part of Miller Auditorium's Spotlight Series and is sponsored by Coca-Cola and Zhang Financial.
