Descend to the underworld with 'Eurydice'
Jan. 14, 2010
KALAMAZOO--Western Michigan University Theatre presents an inventive retelling of the Orpheus myth with its spring opener, "Eurydice," running Jan. 28-Feb. 7 in York Arena Theatre at the Gilmore Theatre Complex.
This ancient love story is granted new life by the comic audacity, magical surrealism and devastating tragedy of Sarah Ruhl's script. Join University Theatre in a world where love conquers death and stones can talk.
