Vote online this week in WSA elections

March 15, 2010

KALAMAZOO--Western Michigan University's student government, the Western Student Association, is conducting online election of officers through Friday, March 19.

All currently enrolled WMU students can login to vote at westernstudentassociation.org using their Bronco NetID and password. The ballot went online today and will be available around the clock until 5 p.m. Friday.

Voting can be done from any computer with Internet access, making voting available to WMU students everywhere, including those studying abroad.

To help raise student awareness of this week's elections, polling stations will be open at several residence hall cafeterias throughout the week, at the Campus Flagpoles near the Lee Honors College from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 17. There will be music and the first 300 students who cast ballots at the flagpoles polling location will receive free Jimmy John's sandwiches.

Questions about election procedures may be sent to Alexander Roman, WSA election control chair, at wsa-electionscontrol@wmich.edu.
