Free concert features WMU alumnusMarch 15, 2010 KALAMAZOO--South African pianist and Western Michigan University alumnus Jean-Pierre Calitz will be joined by violinist Eric Olson in a free, public performance at 6 p.m. Sunday, March 28, at the Dalton Center Recital Hall. Calitz, a South African national, holds a master's degree in piano performance from Western Michigan University. Olson, of Lansing, Mich., is a violin performance graduate of Michigan State University. During the March 28 program, the duo will perform a diverse selection of sonatas by Beethoven, Debussy and Franck. Parking is available in the Miller Auditorium parking structure free of charge.
