Bening and Moore star in 'The Kids Are All Right'

KALAMAZOO--Western Film Society presents six screenings of "The Kids Are All Right" Friday through Sunday, Oct. 8-10, in the Little Theatre at Western Michigan University.

Publicity still from The Kids Are All Right film.Show times for "The Kids Are All Right" are Friday and Saturday at 7 and 9:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 and 5 p.m. General admission is $5 and $3 for students with a valid Bronco ID Card.

"The Kids Are All Right" stars Julianne Moore and Annette Bening as Jules and Nic, a lesbian couple that has two children from the same anonymous sperm donor. When the couple's oldest child Joni (Mia Wasikowska) turns 18, she teams up with her younger brother, Laser (Josh Hutcherson), to track down the biological father they've never known (Mark Ruffalo).

Directed by Lisa Cholodenko, the 2010 film is shown in English. It has a run time of 106 minutes and is rated R for strong sexual content, nudity, language and some teen drug and alcohol use.

Parking and directions

The Little Theatre is located at the corner of Oakland Drive and Oliver Lane on WMU's East Campus. Free off-street parking is available behind the theatre.
