A PTF Out-of-State/Non-Resident Scholarship is a financial award that in combination with the WMU Presidential Gold or Silver Award is designed to assist a student not residing in the state of Michigan during her/his first year of education as a Major in the Paper Engineering program at WMU. This award is based upon the availability of funds and is available during the first two semesters of study (to a maximum of 15 credit hours per semester.) Freshmen awards are paid at the beginning of each term and audited each semester. If eligibility requirements as described herein, as well as all other university requirements for enrollment and scholarship eligibility, are not satisfied, the payments will be rescinded and the student will be responsible for all fees, costs and charges associated with his/her enrollment.
