Network Outages Announced:

Sunday, August 20, 2006, there will be intermittent network outages between 3:00 and 6:00 a.m. This will affect ResNet, East Campus, and VPN services, but other users may also be affected. If you experience issues with this upgrade please contact the OIT Help Desk at (269) 387-HELP (4357). Anti-Virus Upgrade for ResNet Clean Access

Clean Access will offer an upgrade to Symantec Anti-Virus 10.1 (from 10.0) for Windows XP and 2000 PCs starting at 1:00pm on August 8th 2006. This upgrade will remain optional until August 15th at 1:00pm at which time it will be a requirement to log into Clean Access. All issues regarding this upgrade should be directed to the OIT Help Desk. -AN (8/9/06) Clean Access is now requiring Symantec Anti-Virus version 10.1 as of 3:30 on August 15th 2006. Other Downtime Announcements

Banner, AppWorx, and Touchnet will be down from 6-8:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 30th for an upgrade. The PeopleSoft databases will be down from 8-11:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 30th for an upgrade. If you experience issues after the upgrade is complete, please contact the OIT Help Desk at (269) 387-HELP (4357). If you call while the Help Desk is closed, please leave a message and OIT staff will attempt to resolve the issue. GoWMU Downtime Announcement

(7/27/06) GoWMU will be unavailable on Sunday July 30 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. for a software upgrade. Groupwise 7 Upgrade Announcement:

All Groupwise servers will be upgraded on July 30, 2006. The upgrade will occur from 4:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. resulting in a shutdown of the Groupwise system during that period If you experience issues after the upgrade is complete, please contact the OIT Help Desk at (269) 387-HELP (4357).
