The regional centers are having issues with receiving and placing calls from and to non WMU phone numbers.  Calls received and placed from and to other WMU phone numbers are working normally.  Technicians are working to correct the issue.

The Grand Rapids downtown regional site is experiencing a network issue affecting the VOIP phones and their internet access.  Technicians are aware of the issue and are working to correct it as soon as possible.

Some regional centers are experiencing difficulty receiving calls from outside their respective campuses/centers. These areas are currently able to communicate within their own systems. We have received reports of network issues at the College of Aviation. Telephone and network connectivity are affected by this issue. Technicians have been notified of the issue and are currently working to resolve it.
