Help Desk Phone Support Hours Change

Starting November 22nd, Help Desk phone support will open at 9am on Fridays instead of 8am. Walk-in support hours will remain unchanged. Full phone support hours can be found below:

Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: closed
Sunday: noon to 10 p.m.

Update: Network issues have been restored to Kohrman Hall and the Richmond Center. 

We are currently experiencing intermittent network outages in several buildings on campus. This issue appears to be related to scheduled power outages over the holiday break. Known affected buildings include Floyd Hall, Kohrman, and Richmond Center. Technicians are aware of the problem and working to resolve it.

We are currently experiencing issues with incoming calls to the Regional centers and our Battle Creek Airport.
Our technicians are working on this issue.

We are currently experiencing issues when trying to make toll free phone calls from on campus phone numbers. Our technicians are aware of the issue and working to resolve this issue.
