The following University systems will be unavailable on Sunday, May 7. Questions should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.
4:45 to 10:30 a.m.: Banner SSB/INB, Banner Workflow, Appworx, Cognos, Resource 25, ODS/EDW, Imagenow, Kronos
4:45 to 11:30 a.m.: Degreeworks
5:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: PeopleSoft HR and Financials
6:00 to 7: 00 a.m.: GoWMU

GoWMU, Banner(SSB/INB, Workflow) Appworx, Cognos, Degreeworks, Imagenow, Kronos, ODS/EDW, PeopleSoft HR and Financials and Resource 25 will be unavailable at various times between 4:45 a.m.and 1 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 6.It is recommended that you refrain from using those systems during those times so work is not lost.Questions should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.

UPDATE 2: Network connections to Banner, Cognos and Degreeworks have been restored and these systems should now be fully functional. Technicians continue to investigate the connections to ImageNow.

UPDATE: Network connection to these servers has gone offline again.

Network connections to the servers supporting Banner, Cognos, ImageNow, and Degreeworks were down for a short period this morning. This issue is now resolved. Users are recommended to clear their browser's cache if connection issues to these applications are persistent.
