All Internet connectivity unavailable Sunday morning

Because of network upgrades, all access to the Internet from WMU's network will be unavailable from 5 to 7 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22. This includes all WMU websites, all wired and wireless connections, all VoIP phones, and access to all information systems. We recommend you refrain from connections prior to, and during that time, so work is not lost. Questions should be directed to the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.

Update: 
The issue has returned. We will update you when the issue has been resolved. 

We are currently experiencing issues with the network firewall. This is causing problems accessing sites hosted off Campus. Technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.

The Grand Rapids downtown regional site is experiencing a network issue affecting the VOIP phones and their internet access.  Technicians are aware of the issue and are working to correct it as soon as possible.
