Windows 10 is using peer-to-peer technology to deliver Windows PC updates. This allows other networked devices to download Windows 10 updates and Windows Store apps from your PC and can negatively impact your network performance. The Office of Information Technology recommends you disable this feature. See wmich.edu/helpdesk/delivery-optimization for more information.
